   screws right into the SOC 'peak' and greatly outperforms its included cartridge.
   
   i assume the insert is fused silica ('quartz'), but it shows signs of cold-working. it heats fast and gives a great hit!
   
   i don't know what sort of insert this takes, but both titanium ceramic inserts that fit SOC are about 1mm too wide to fit into the ceramic retainer up top. i'll try filing a bit off the obvious surfaces. would be nice if it were manufactured with this in mind from the jump, though.

   I'm not sure if I gave this 5 or 1 stars in the rating but it should be 5 stars across all categories. All that is there are bubbles to check but I'm not sure which end is 5 stars and which is 1 stars...hopefully I got it right and it gets the 5 stars it deserves. This item came relatively fast considering it was shipped from overseas. It fits my device and works like a charm. I would prefer it came with a porcelain insert instead of glass but other than that there is nothing to say bad about this. If you can't tell by now, I highly recommend this item and buying from here was a smooth and easy experience!
