   While I did not purchase this product, I won it at Weed Bingo, While I love this product there is some small defects that need to be addressed and that is the charging port and the cover over the charging port. First off, my first one I got the USB charging port is not securely positioned while trying to insert the charging cable to charge it popped the usb into the product so I had to get a replacement but then I noticed that when pulling out the usb charging cable that the case over the charging port pops out.
   
   So my recommendation is that they need to have a screw or something added to the side where the charging port is to secure the cover so it holds the charging port in place.
   
   Other than this the product is great, works so good, makes your hit nice and smooth, no more torches to use, portable use with or without a glass bong. You won't be disappointed with this product.
