Awesome! These are powerful and never leak. Fill from the bottom, super easy. Takes regular pnp coils instead of the X version. Beautiful leather body. Can buy extra pods. Great value on Sourcemore. Definitely recommend buying here! They cost twice or more elsewhere.
Great little pod mod. Once I went from a 40 watt to 60 watt vape, I realized what I had been missing out on. Love the clouds and the pnp coils are fantastic
Drag X is a sturdy nice single 18650 mod that holds well in the hand. Comes with exciting colors. All in all a very reliable mod. Sadly it is somewhat underpowered as it only capable of delivering a maximum of 3,9 v which to me isn't enough to enjoy flavors to their full potential from any e-liquid. Switching back to my double battery drag 2. Heavier but able to release rich flavors from e-liquids

First impressions:
This mod feels good, there's nothing that feels cheap or awkward about it – the battery door is secure, the buttons have a nice click to them, the airflow adjustment is smooth, the materials in general are nice to touch and there is zero button rattle. The 4.5ml PCTG pod is smoked, but certainly not dark enough to prevent you from seeing liquid level. The pod is attached to the mod via magnets and feels secure. The coils are inserted/removed from the bottom of the pod, while refilling the pod is pretty easy and mess-free, with a pretty large rubber bung.
Using it:
This is where the Drag X starts to feel much more like a regular mod with a sub-ohm tank, than any form of pod system. The screen is nice, displaying battery level, wattage, puff-count, ohms, etc. There are two basic mods – Smart Mode – which detects the ohms, adjusts the wattage accordingly and limits the maximum power to protect the coils and RBA Mode that behaves far more like a standard mod.
However, there is one issue with the voltage which has been outlined here I didn't use an RBA or 510 adapter with the Drag X, however I did experience a couple of low power instances with the 0.15ohm coil (when I was using crappy batteries) but with decent batteries there were no issues.
Coils:
0.3 ohms – good flavor (not excellent) but the standout point of this coil is the wide range of power that it can be used, while still giving good flavor, I took it way under the minimum recommended 32w and still enjoyed it a lot.
0.15 ohms – this coil has excellent flavor, I'm far more into low wattage (20-35w) vaping, so I wasn't expecting to enjoy this quite as much as the 0.3 – but it was my favorite. As with the 0.3 you can vape it lower than the recommended minimum and enjoy the flavor, I never found it necessary to go above 65w as that just seemed to increase the amount of vapor without increasing flavor, while I enjoyed it the most at 50-55w.
Both coils had decent lifespan and didn't have any significant drop-off in flavor. While I didn't experience any leaks, there is a little moisture under the coil, nothing major but enough to make me want to wipe the underneath of the coil every couple of days or so.
Aftermarket accessories:
There is a huge range of accessories available from Voopoo and third-party companies available at the moment. Voopoo offer thirteen different coils in the PnP range from 0.15-1.2 ohms, plus an RBA and an RTA, while a few third-party manufacturers are offering their own coils, RDTA and 510 adapters. However, there is no official Voopoo 510 adapter that I have seen.
Voopoo is pushing hard on this PnP system, with the new Drag Max, V-suit, etc all using PnP.
Personally, I want to get the MTL tank and some of the 0.8 ohm MTL coils.
Score system:
Vaping should be about harm reduction, not encouraging people to take bigger hits. Fortunately, this feature is only installed with an optional firmware update, so it's your choice.
Price:
An incredible 28.88USD with the best pricing from sourcemore. Also, these are authentic as I've authenticated them with the provided voopoo's instructions.
Pros:
Well built and attractive mod with excellent ergonomics.
Good coils with decent lifespan and flavor. (especially the VM6 0.3 ohm)
A lot of official and third-party coils and accessories.
Cons:
Possible voltage issues with crappy batteries and RBA.
Only comes with two coils.
Conclusion:
A decent 18650 pod system with a good range of coils. My best DL pod experience to date.
The Drag X is now my favorite device. I pre-ordered, so I've had it for a while now and use it daily. I also have many other devices - and I mean MANY - including rebuildables, tanks, high powered mods, pod mods, all of it. The Drag X, Drag S, and the Argus are the only devices I use anymore. The flavor is fantastic and the PNP coils last for weeks even with the NETs I vape. Yes, I'm vaping NETs from a pod/tank thingy. The flavor is that good. I prefer the X over the S because of the external battery so I don't get battery dying anxiety. My only quibble is that it leaks. It didn't for about a month, but now I have to wipe the bottom of the pod and the contacts every time I fill it. I also bought two extra pods, and they both leak too, so it's not just a one-off. However, it's never leaked outside the device and I haven't found a device yet that doesn't leak, so in that respect, it's pretty equal to everything else out there. GREAT price as always from Sourcemore.
