DESIGN

The appearance and design of both the Vaporesso XROS 3 and XROS 3 Mini are similar to those of their predecessors, with a rectangular, long body and round, sleek corners that set them apart as being from the Vaporesso brand. However, the Mini version is smaller and lighter than the XROS 3, and every face of XROS 3 is smooth, while XROS 3 Mini adds embossment to its façade.

Vaporesso XROS 3 and XROS 3 Mini adopt the same color scheme. You can choose from eight attractive colors for each.

FUNCTION

The battery built into the Vaporesso XROS 3 and Mini is both 1000mAh – powerful enough to ensure sufficient capacity for all day vaping.

The two pod vapes both use a LED light strip to indicate how much battery life you have left and whether it’s time to recharge.their battery indicators work the same way: it shines green between 70% and 100% of battery life, blue between 30% and 70% and red at 30% and below, telling you at a glance whether it’s time to get out the charger!

There are two activation methods available - fire button activation or inhale activation, and the fire button can also turn on/off the device by clicking it 5 times in 2 seconds. It is also a good function to protect the device - when you are not using it, you can turn it off in case of misuse. Due to the lack of fire buttons, the MINI had an auto draw function which meant I only had to inhale to activate the device.

XROS POD

The XROS 3 kit comes with two pods with different resistances so you can choose the best vaping experience to suit your preferences. One is a 0.6ohm pod which is ideal for RDTL vaping when you wide open the airflow control by sliding it side to side to achieve a loose airflow, and the other is a 1.0 ohm pod for MTL vaping.

The Vaporesso XROS 3 Mini kit only retains 0.6ohm mesh pod, although it’s also compatible with other XROS pods. It's just you need to buy them separately.

Those Vaporesso XROS pods adopt top fill system. Refilling is hassle-free, but it might need a little force to take the mouthpiece off.

As to which one to choose between XROS 3 and XROS 3 Mini, the author personally recommends the Mini edition. It works perfect with nicotine juice, with a smaller size and anti-slip shining surface, though without an air adjustment slider. But both are very practical and high-performance vaping devices. Recommended.
