Hello dear group, in another review, known and not necessarily liked by everyone, but certainly one of the most popular brands - VooPoo. Today, courtesy of @Sourcemore , I will test VooPoo Vinci 3. I invite you to read.
At the beginning, as usual, the packaging and the contents of the box go to the wallpaper. There isn't much to write about. The box is rather geared towards mass production. A thin cardboard box with a description of the contents and a glass in which you can see our POD. My box, as well as the device itself, is marked as Sample, so it is a test copy. Inside, there is a plastic molding straight from a Chinese market, and underneath it there is a manual, a charging cable and a spare heater. Which is nothing we haven't seen before.
I'll go straight to the merits. The test unit I received contains two coils (0.3 ohm and 0.6 ohm) for DTL. However, I will focus on the MTL experience and the PnP-TR1 coil, which are intended strictly for MTL. Low power consumption and tight draft. I also have R1 coils from Seal, but I'm not sure if they fit (rather yes, because those from Vinci fit Seal). So much about the heaters, because who used it knows, I will only say that they are really good. I will focus more on the device itself, and to be honest, there is something to it.
Since Drag II my love for this company has drastically waned. Vinci 3 aroused emotions again. After unpacking, arming the set with a heater and the first few hits, I am immediately sure that this device will immediately dethrone my favorite POD Ursa Nano Pro.
Firstly, the appearance. The materials used to make the device are of good quality, although my copy in Aurora Red has shiny red panels that immediately collect fingerprints. The cartridge sits very deep and stable, there is no way it will fall out or move in the holder. The glass to view the amount of liquid is huge and you can see everything perfectly. Magnets hold well. The filling itself is done through a rubber membrane (?), which is visible after "breaking" the mouthpiece. Gorilla spout only. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the capacity is 4ml, which is enough for both MTL and DTL.
Finally a POD that I don't have to charge multiple times a day. Unfortunately, this has its price, because the device weighs its weight and is certainly not suitable for a shirt pocket. It is quite heavy, the effect of a dropped tit is guaranteed :). Personally, I wear shorts, so it's not a problem for me. There are no compromises here. Either 700mAh in Ursa and we have a light feather, or 1800mAh and we drive all day long. I choose the latter, of course, due to the fact that I am at the stage of nicotine breathing support, the earth's atmosphere is too toxic for me and I have to reach for a cloud every now and then.
Another feature worth mentioning is the handling of the device. As with most new PODs, there is one button that does everything. So intuitive that you do not need to reach for the manual. 3x click to change the power, 5x click to the menu where we delete the puffciaków counter and you can also lock or turn off the POD. Interestingly, unlike Seal, the button lock does not block the autodraw, a great feature I know from Ursa. Mega convenient for those who use this option. The button itself is quite standard, slightly pressed, soft and quiet click. Interestingly, mine is slightly concave, in the photos from the VooPoo website I see that it is flat with a hole. Maybe it's a matter of the Sample version I received.
Now I will move on to the most important function advertised by the manufacturer, and it made an electrifying impression on me. It's worth mentioning because it really works. Mobius Airflow. This is the knob under the tank to adjust the airflow. Ladies and gentlemen, I am very pleased to present POD, which really 100% reflects the tight draft of good old MTLs. It is not an imitation or a stupid wide pipe plug/retractor. The flight closed to the max makes me really have to pull my cheeks in to inhale the cloud. The first POD in which I do not have airflow closed to the max. Despite the tight passage, there is no loss of taste, you don't have to mess with the power of the heater, it's nice and tight! What tigers like the most... Ursa next to him is rDTL.
To sum up, (finally!) tight draft, good heaters and a large battery give this device a podium, and even the first place among my PODs. congratulations. There are, of course, a few details, such as a duckbill mouthpiece (I don't know what the authors of all pods had in mind when designing such a prosthesis, Seal was already nice and round) or the fingering housing, which is otherwise very solid, but still overall I give 9.5 out of 10. It is a universal device, well designed, without compromises. It will be a sales hit.
