BORO devices used to have a strong image of being high-end, but in the past year or two, major mass production manufacturers have released BORO devices, and they have recently become quite familiar.

It's great that AIOs with common standards can be purchased at affordable prices, and it's now possible to easily enjoy combining bodies and tanks from various manufacturers.

And this time, Lost Vape will also be participating in BORO.
The BORO AIO bears the name Centaurus, which has been used as the name of a technical mod, and has
released two models: the B80 with a replaceable 18650 battery + RBA Pod, and the B60 with a built-in battery + replaceable coil Pod.
This time we will introduce the built-in battery B60.

Lost Vape is a high-end product among mass-produced manufacturers, and has produced a number of hit devices that are ``slightly more expensive than others, but still good.''

Recently, we have expanded our range of low-priced products, and this Centaurus AIO is also a product in a relatively affordable price range.
However, since it is Lost Vape, it is very well made and of very high quality.

Appearance/Features

Since it has a built-in battery, it is probably one of the more compact BORO AIOs.That's what I thought, but maybe it's because the width is narrower that it looks that way. The height and thickness are quite high, so overall it feels about the same as Cthulhu.

The pop coloring on the exterior and the pattern on the panels are eye-catching and stylish.
Although it is a print, it is a sputtering painting with a three-dimensional effect.

There are 8 color variations.
It is broadly divided into an upper clear panel and a lower colored panel.

When I held it, I thought it was well made, and it seems to be made of Zinc Alloy, which makes it quite rigid.

The battery-replaceable Centaurus B80 has buttons on the front panel like many other AIOs, but this Centaurus B60 has buttons on the side.

The LCD screen and +/- operation buttons are also visible, so you can operate it in the same way as a normal technical mod.

There are slits for airflow intake on the tank housing side panel and on the side.

A vent hole was provided on the bottom.

The panels are fixed with magnets and can be removed on both sides.

One side houses the USB Type-C port and the other side houses the BORO tank.

The top side can accommodate a 510 drip tip.

Like other BORO devices, this pedestal can be loosened to remove the tank.

This is quite difficult to spin, but it comes with a special spinner, which makes it easier.

UB AIO Pod

This is a clearo type BORO standard tank with a coil exchange type.

The battery-replaceable Centaurus B80 seems to come with RBA Pos, but the built-in battery-type Centaurus B60 comes with this Clearo type Pod.

Inject liquid from the front of the tank.
You can refill the liquid even if the tank is attached to the main body.

The bottom part has an airflow control ring.
You can steplessly adjust the draw weight by turning the ring.

The coil is fixed with an O-ring and can be installed by simply inserting it straight from the bottom.

There are two types of attached coils, 0.2Ω and 0.3Ω, and they are smoke type.

There is also a setting of 0.15Ω.
It's quite rare for an AIO like this to only have a coil that is explosive.

Since the parts on the tank side protrude this much, the coil can be removed even if about half of the e-liquid remains.

Note: UB AIO Tank is for Centaurus only

Since Centaurus AIO is BORO standard, it is of course compatible with other BORO devices.
I have confirmed that Cthulhu's BORO tank can be attached to the Centaurus B60 AIO and used normally.

At that time, I was thinking, ``Ah, they're both compatible.''

Later, after putting in the coil and liquid, I tried putting the UB AIO Pod into Cthulhu again, but it couldn't be used.

The reason is to make it compatible with the coil unit.
Normal BORO tanks have only a + terminal on the bottom, and the - terminal flows from the top like a body ground.

The coil unit has both + (inner circumference) and - (outer circumference) on the bottom, so there are two terminals on the main body side, a + terminal and a - terminal.
Since the Centaurus B80 seems to have the same specifications, it seems that the UB AIO Pod that uses a coil unit will be exclusive to the Centaurus.

RBA's Centaurus BORO Tank seems to have the same specifications as the regular BORO tank, but I also
bought it, so I'll check it again when it arrives.

Detail

Actual weight measurements:
It's a bit heavy, even though it's well made.

drip tip

Comes with two types of drip tips of different thickness.

At first, I thought it was very sparse, but
the bag with the drip tip included an O-ring, so I had to install the O-ring myself.

What is this that came with the thinner drip tip? That's what I thought, but it
turned out to be an adapter that allows you to put it on top and make the mouthpiece into a duckbill shape.

If you use this, it will be loose unless you also add one O-ring (3 pieces included) to the groove at the base of the drip tip.

In addition, the thinner drip tip has a protrusion that matches the groove of the base, so you can use the drip tip to loosen the base without using tools.

This is quite convenient.

This is not included with the thicker drip tip.

Method of operation

Power ON/OFF

Switch the power on/off with 5 clicks of the fire button.

Mode switching

Click the fire button 3 times while the power is on to switch between smart mode and RBA mode.
Both are VW (variable wattage) modes, but there are the following differences.

Smart mode: Automatically controls min/max wattage according to coil resistance.
RBA mode: There is no automatic control, and you can freely set the wattage yourself.

wattage lock

While the power is on, press and hold the fire button and + button at the same time to switch the wattage lock ON/OFF.

While locked, the wattage cannot be changed using the +/- button, but it can be sucked.

puff counter
There is a puff counter at the bottom right of the screen.
You can reset the puff counter by holding down the fire button and - button at the same time while the power is on.

Try smoking it

I will try smoking TWIST BANANA AMBER with a 0.2Ω coil.

It's getting colder and this is the season when liquids like this are delicious.

The recommendation for this coil is 40-60w, and
once you set it up, it will automatically switch to 45w, so you can just smoke it as is.

As expected, there is a considerable amount of smoke and mist.

Since it is a mesh coil coil unit, it has the same feeling as the recent mesh coil Clearo and Pod Mod, and the current mesh coil units are quite excellent and have a lot of flavor.

As for the airflow control, well, it's best not to expect too much from this type of thing. When it's
fully open, it's sparse at the breathing level, and even when it's fully closed, there's a bit of resistance. It has been adjusted for.

Well, it's actually delicious.
It's easy, and the coil unit can be procured at domestic shops, so
I think it can be used with this Clearo tank.

Summary
The main body is slim in width, but somewhat thick and a bit heavy.
On the other hand, it is very well made and is quite solidly made.

This sample has a painted pattern, but the pastel colors are beautiful and the panels are stylish.

The mode is only VW, but unless you are very particular about it, I think it is enough to use VW mode with this type of device.

The B80, which comes with a replaceable battery and RBAPod as standard, is aimed at experienced VAPE users, while the B60, which has a built-in battery and comes with a Clearo Pod, is more suitable for introductory VAPE users and sub-machines.

However, since it is a BORO standard, you can replace it with an RBA or step up to an even more expensive high-end BORO tank.

Speaking of greed, I wish the battery capacity was a little more for this size.
Since it is a smoke coil, 1600mAh is about 1 to 1 and a half days.
