Under the new EU VAT policy, all orders below 150 Euro will be taxed at the customs.

We have registered with IOSS to pay VAT for parcels below 150 Euro at our side.

However, to some countries, customers will need to pay VAT at the customs themselves according to the policy of the shipping courier.

To the following countries, we are shipping via 4PX Express and will pay VAT at our side:

Germany, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece

To the following countries, we are shipping from Shenzhen Warehouse only via Netherlands Post and will pay VAT at our side:

Bulgaria, Romania

To the following countries, we are shipping via Singapore Post or 4PX Pan-Euro Express:

Cyprus, Estonia, Finland

We will pay VAT at our side for parcels shipping via Singapore Post.

But for parcels shipping via 4PX Pan-Euro Express, customers will need to pay VAT themselves at the customs.

To the following countries, we are shipping via 4PX Pan-Euro Express, customers will need to pay VAT themselves at the customs.

Malta, Latvia, Croatia

Please note that any and all import taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes levied by the destination country are beyond our control and scope.
