We have a QA team to test that your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you, so our product quality is guaranteed. However, If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund.

Refund Policy

If the packages have not been shipped yet, you may send a request to our customer service team by email at service@sourcemore.com to get a full refund.

If the packages are already shipped out by the forwarders, the shipping cost can not be refunded, and mostly, we are not able to stop the shipment. In this case, please refer to the Return Policy.

Defective Items Claims

We highly recommend you keep the original package box or take a photo of the code before discarding it.

If there is anything wrong with the item you received from us within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team via email at service@sourcemore.com with a video or photo of the problem along with exact description, your order number and serial number.

Wrong Item Claims

Please contact our customer service team by email at service@sourcemore.com with photos of product, package box, shipping label along with your order number. “Wrong Item” claims must be reported us within 72 hours from the delivery time.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Daily deal items (excluding eLiquids) are only covered by our DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving them.

Warranty Time

90-day warranty for all defective products of Vape Kit/Mod/Tank on our website.

Return Policy

According to the new vaping law in China, we are NOT allowed to import e-cig. So we don't support returns or exchanges for the orders that have been shipped from China in any case.

If you receive defective items, wrong items, or even don't receive items, please contact our CS team at service@sourcemore.com. We will reply to you ASAP and provide you with a proper solution.

For most international shipping methods, the package can NOT be returned to us if you refuse the parcels. In this case, if customers refuse the parcels for personal reasons, Sourcemore might not be able to issue a refund. The customers will need to accept the parcels first, and then contact our CS team at service@sourcemore.com.
